Attorney-at-law Polina Prodanova graduated “Law” at the Faculty of Law of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in 2008.
Since 2009 she has been registered as a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
Polina Prodanova has in-depth expertise in providing legal advice to local and foreign clients in the areas of Commercial, Property and Contractual law, as well as in the preparation of legal due diligence, legal analyses and contracts structuring.
She specializes in bankruptcy procedures, restructuring of commercial companies and Territory planning law. Attorney-at-law Prodanova has extensive experience in legal representation in civil and commercial court and executive proceedings and arbitration cases.
An accredited auditor for certification in accordance with the requirements of Standard BDS ISO 37001:2016 – Anti-bribery management systems; ISO 45001:2018– Occupational health and safety management systems, ISO 14001:2015– Environmental Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015– Quality management systems.
